急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死病人PCI治疗中依替巴肽与替罗非班的应用

目的:分析急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死病人PCI治疗中依替巴肽与替罗非班的应用效果。方法:随机抽取70例患者作为此次研究对象,病例起止时间为2019年1月~2020年1月,70例患者依据随机数字表法平均分为观察组和对照组各35例,对照组采用依替巴肽,观察组采用替罗非班,比较两种药物的效果。结果:比较观察组以及对照组患者治疗后的ADP诱导血小板聚集率,组间数据对比具有统计学意义;观察组患者术后评估其不良反应发生率为5.71%,对照组患者术后评估其不良反应发生率为11.43%,组间对比数据无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死病人PCI治疗中采用替罗非班有助于血管再通,对血小板聚集产生抑制。

The Application of Etinopeptide and Tirofiban in PCI Treatment of Patients with Acute ST Segment Elevation Myocardial Infarction

Objective:To analyze the effect of etinopeptide and tirofiban in PCI treatment of patients with acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction.Methods:70 patients treated in a hospital January 2019 to January 2020 were randomly selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the method of random number table.35 patients in control group were treated with etinopeptide,and 35 patients in observation group were treated with tirofiban,then the effects of the two drugs were compared.Results:Comparing the platelet aggregation rate induced by ADP in observation group and control group,the data between the two groups was statistically significant;The incidence of adverse reactions was 5.71%in the observation group after operation,and 11.43%in the control group after operation,with no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:The use of tirofiban in PCI treatment of patients with acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction contributes to vascular recanalization and inhibits platelet aggregation.
