盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入疗法治疗老年慢性支气管炎临床疗效的探讨

目的:盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入疗法治疗老年慢性支气管炎临床疗效的探讨。方法:选取某院2015年1月~2016年6月收治的老年慢性支气管炎患者150例,按照入院先后顺序将其分为实验组和对照组各75例。对实验组患者进行盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入法治疗,对对照组进行常规化的药物治疗,对比分析两组患者的就诊满意度以及就诊疗效、就诊并发症发生率。结果:实验组行盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入法治疗患者的就诊满意度为96.00%,高于对照组常规化治疗的86.67%;分析就诊治疗效果,实验组就诊有效率为97.33%,高于对照组的89.33%;并发症中,实验组出现了支气管扩张病例1例,综合并发症1例,并发症发病率1.33%,对照组支气管扩张、肺气肿、慢性阻塞性肺病各1例,综合发病率为4%。并发症、有效率、满意度数据均有研究意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入疗法治疗老年慢性支气管炎临床效果明显,能够提升患者就诊满意度,减少并发症,提升有效治愈率,该方式值得在老年慢性支气管炎疾病治疗中推广应用。

Clinical Effect of Ambroxol Hydrochloride Atomization Inhalation Therapy for Elderly Chronic Bronchitis

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of ambroxol hydrochloride atomization inhalation therapy in the treatment of chronic bronchitis in the elderly.Methods:150 cases of elderly patients with chronic bronchitis admitted to a hospital from January 2015 to June 2016 were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to the order of admission.75 patients in the experimental group were treated with ambroxol hydrochloride atomization inhalation.In the control group,75 patients were routinely treated with drugs,and the satisfaction,efficacy and complication rate of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The satisfaction rate of ambroxol hydrochloride inhalation in the experimental group was 96.00%,which was higher than that in the control group with routine treatment(86.67%).The effective rate was 97.33%in the experimental group,which was higher than 89.33%in the control group.There was 1 case of bronchiectasis in the experimental group,1 case of comprehensive complication,and the incidence of complications was 1.33%.There were 1 cases of bronchiectasis,emphysema and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)in the control group,and the incidence of comprehensive was 4%.The data of complications,effective rate and satisfaction had research significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ambroxol hydrochloride atomization inhalation therapy has an obvious clinical effect in the treatment of elderly chronic bronchitis,which can improve patient satisfaction,reduce complications and improve effective cure rate.Therefore,this method is worthy of promotion and application in the treatment of elderly chronic bronchitis.
