| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of TCT(thinprep cytology test)and biopsy pathology in early cervical cancer and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN).Methods:300 women underwent the cervical cancer screening from January 2016 to September 2020 in a hospital were selected and given TCT and biopsy pathology detection,then the diagnosis rate of the two methods was compared.Results:The final diagnostic coincidence rate of LSIL(low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion),HSIL(high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion)and SCC(squamous cell carcinoma)was 23.91%(11/46),57.14%(8/14)and 100.00%(9/9),with statistically significant difference(χ^2=22.907,122.815,54.550,P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with early cervical cancer and cervical epithelial lesions,TCT combined biopsy pathology can improve the diagnosis rate of early cervical cancer and cervical intraepithelial lesions,which is beneficial to early screening of diseases. |
