复发性流产患者Th1/Th2型细胞因子的表达分析

目的:分析复发性流产患者Th1/Th2型细胞因子的表达。方法:将某院2017年10月~2019年10月共60例复发性流产患者纳入研究组,另选取同期正常分娩者60例作为对照组A,选取同期正常非孕者60例作为对照组B,分别检测3组研究对象的Th1型细胞因子和Th2型细胞因子。结果:研究组IL-2、IFN-α、IFN-γ均高于对照组A和对照组B(P<0.05),IL-4、IL-10均低于对照组A和对照组B(P<0.05);对照组A和对照组B各项指标对比均无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:复发性流产患者Th1型细胞因子有明显上升,Th2型细胞因子有明显下降,分析免疫平衡失调可能是导致复发性流产的重要因素之一。

Analysis of Th1/Th2 Cytokines Expression in Patients with Recurrent Abortion

Objective:To analyze the expression of Th1/Th2 cytokines in patients with recurrent abortion.Methods:A total of 60 patients with recurrent abortion treated in a hospital from October 2017 to October 2019 were included in the study group.Another 60 normal births during the same period were selected as the control group A,and 60 normal non-pregnant patients during the same period were selected as the control group B.Th1 type cytokines and Th2 type cytokines were measured in three groups of subjects.Results:The IL-2,IFN-α,and IFN-γin the study group were higher than those in control group A and control group B(P<0.05),and the IL-4 and IL-10 were lower than those in control group A and control group B(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the comparison of each index between control group A and control group B(P>0.05).Conclusion:Th1 cytokines are significantly increased and Th2 cytokines are significantly decreased in patients with recurrent abortion.Analysis of immune balance imbalance may be one of the important factors leading to recurrent abortion.
