Diagnostic value of CEA,CYFRA21-1,SCC and ProGRP in lung cancer

Objective:To analyze the diagnostic value of CEA,CYFRA21-1,SCC and ProGRP in lung cancer.Methods:120 patients with lung cancer who were confirmed by pathology treated in a hospital from August 2016 to April 2018 were selected as lung cancer group.Meanwhile,118 patients with benign lung disease who were admitted to a hospital at the same time were selected as lung benign disease group.In addition,110 healthy people who were examined in a hospital at the same time were selected as the control group.The fasting elbow vein blood of all the participants was collected,and the positive rate of CEA,CYFRA21-1,SCC and ProGRP in serum,the value of individual detection and combined detection in lung cancer were analyzed.Results:The positive detection rates of CEA,CYFRA21-1,SCC and ProGRP in lung cancer group were higher than those in benign lung disease group and control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sensitivity and specificity of combined detection of four indexes were higher than that of CEA,CYFRA21-1,SCC and ProGRP alone,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined detection of CEA,CYFRA21-1,SCC and ProGRP has high sensitivity and specificity in the diagnosis of lung cancer,which can provide reference for clinical diagnosis and is worthy of promotion and application.
