Value of LOCR in the Treatment of Ovarian Cyst

Objective:To investigate the value of laparoscopic ovarian cyst excision(locr)in the treatment of ovarian cyst.Methods:46 patients with ovarian cysts in a hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were selected and divided into control group and study group according to different operation methods,with 23 cases in each group.The control group underwent open surgery,and the study group underwent LOCR.The operation conditions,reproductive hormone levels,serum anti Mullerian hormone and inhibin B levels were compared between the two groups.Results:The time of operation and the time of going down after operation in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the blood loss was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of estradiol,luteinizing hormone and follicle stimulating hormone between the two groups before operation(P>0.05).The estradiol level in the study group was higher than that in the control group,while luteinizing hormone and follicle stimulating hormone were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of serum anti Mullerian hormone and inhibin B between the two groups before operation(P>0.05).After operation,the level of serum anti Mullerian hormone in the study group was higher than that in the control group,while inhibin B was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with open surgery,LOCR has shorter operation time,less blood loss,faster postoperative recovery and less impact on ovarian function,which has high application value.
