Comparison of Effect of Minimally Invasive Hemorrhoids Surgery and Traditional Surgery on Severe Hemorrhoids

Abstract:Objective:To compare the effect of minimally invasive hemorrhoids surgery and traditional surgery on severe hemorrhoids. Methods:148 cases of patients with severe hemorrhoids in a hospital from November 2017 to January 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 74 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional external incision and internal ligation, and the observation group was treated with minimally invasive hemorrhoids surgery,then the curative effect, operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, hospitalization time and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the operation time and hospitalization time were shorter than those of the control group, the amount of intraoperative bleeding was less than that of the control group,the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with traditional surgery,minimally invasive hemorrhoids surgery has better effect on severe hemorrhoids,with short operation time,less intraoperative bleeding,less postoperative complications and faster recovery of patients.
