强心苷的利尿作用及其对血浆醛固酮的影响

充血性心力衰竭的病因与肾素一血管紧张素一醛固酮系统的活性异常升高有很大的关系，目前国内外研究较多的是通过拮抗剂阻断这一系统的活性而起到治疗心衰的目的。强心苷类是传统的治疗心衰的药物，具有强心、利尿功能，本文通过小鼠代谢笼实验证明了强心苷类的典型药物西地兰D的利尿作用，同时通过放射免疫法，测定了血浆醛固酮浓度，结果表明：强心苷类药物西地兰D在1～2小时有明显的利尿作用，对RAAS有显著的影响，并探讨了强心苷类治疗心衰的机制。

Diuresis action of Cardiac glycosides and the Effect to plasma ALD

The cause of disease of congestive heart failure has great relation with the abnor- mal activity of the system of RAAS.At present,the international research is mostly to reach the aim on blocking the system.Cardiac glycosides is a kind of traditional medicine on heart failure, which has very strong diuresis action and cardiac action.The latter is acknowledged,but the re- search of former and the study on the effect of cardiac glycosides to RAAS is still less.The text proves the diuresis action of cedilanid D on the examination of small rat metabolizion eage.Mean- while,the density of plasma ALD is examined on RIA.The result:cedilanid D has obvious diuresis action,the effect of cedilanid D to RAAS is obvious,and the mechanism is studied.
