彩色多普勒超声心动图诊断主动脉窦瘤破裂与手术对照分析

应用彩色多普勒超声心动图（ＣＤＥ）检查了４４例主动脉窦瘤破裂（ＲＡＳＡ）。用ＣＤＥ估测ＲＡＳＡ破口直径与手术中测量破口直径经统计学直线相关处理。ＣＤＥ对４２例作出正确诊断，诊断准确率为９５．５％，ＣＤＥ估测ＲＡＳＡ破口直径与手术测量破口直径呈正相关（ｒ＝０．８０）。其中１０例做了心血管造影检查，所有病例均经手术证实。分析了２例误诊原因。结果表明ＣＤＥ是诊断ＲＡＳＡ的一种可信检查方法

Diagnosis of Rupture of Aortic Sinus Aneurysm by Color Doppler Echocardiography and Analysis with Operative Correlation

Forty-four patients of rupture of aortic sinus aneurysm(RASA) were examined by color Doppler echocardiography (CDE).RASA rupture diameter estimated by CDE and that determined by operation were analysed with statistical line relation.Angiocardiogaphy was made in ten patients. The diagnosis of all patients were verified by operation. As a result,forty-two patients were diagnosed correctly respectively by CDE. The rate of accuracy was 95.5%. The rupture diameter obtainced respectively by CDE and operation correlated significantly(r=0.80).The authors also discussed the causes of misdiagnoses of two patients in the group, and considered CDE to be a believable method in diagnosing RASA.
