| 摘 要： | 目的 :研究极固宁TM(GreenTMOr)治疗牙本质过敏的短期和长期疗效。方法 :以 75 %NaF甘油糊剂脱敏为对照组 ,以GreenTMOr脱敏为实验组 ,随机分组后以数字化疼痛评判法 (visualanaloguescale ,VAS)法研究两组的即刻疗效和半年后复查疗效 ,并进行统计学分析。结果 :实验组即刻有效率和半年复查有效率分别为 96 85 %和 94 69% ,明显高于对照组的 65 43 %和 45 83 % ,统计学分析差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :GreenTMOr治疗牙本质过敏症的短期和长期疗效显著 ,值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the short and long term clinical effects of Green TMOr on dentine hypersensitivity.Methods: Patients with dentine hypersensitivity were treated with Green TMOr.75% NaF varnish served as control group.The method of VAS was used to evaluate the effects of the desensitizer at immediate and half a year after treatment.Results: At immediate and half a year after treatment, the clinical effects between treating group and control group were significantly different (P< 0.05). Conclusion: Green TMOr has better effects on dentine hypersensitivity.It is suitable for widely used in clinic. |
