基于《黄帝内经》探究“梦”的发生机制

基于《黄帝内经》对梦的性质、分类、产生、治则进行全面探究,着重分析梦的发生机制。在生理方面认为常梦(生理性质的梦)的发生与气(魂魄)、津血、心神有关;在病理方面,认为坏梦(病理性质的梦)的发生与外邪扰乱营卫和内里气虚不充有关。根据坏梦产生的不同原因,将坏梦进一步分为由外因引起的盛梦和不足梦,由内因引起的妄梦和迷梦,根据坏梦的两个临证特点即外邪侵淫脏腑、扰动营卫形成营卫不和之证及五脏内里不充、少气气虚、津血难生形成气阴两虚之证,总结出“调和营卫”“补气生阴”基本治则。

Mechanism of "dream" based on The Tnner canon of Huangdi

Based on the Inner Canon of Huangdi,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of dreams from the aspects of nature,classification,generation and therapeutic,focusing on the occurrence of dreams.In the aspect of physiology,the paper thinks that the occurrence of physiological dreams is related to qi(soul),body fluid,blood,mind.In the aspect of pathology,it is believed that the occurrence of pathological dreams is related to the disturbing Ying-Wei by exogenous pathogenic factors and lack of inner Qi.According to the different causes of pathological dreams,the paper further divides pathological dreams into the following categories:prosperous dreams and insufficient dreams caused by external causes,false dreams and misty dreams by internal causes.Based on two clinical characteristics of pathological dreams:exogenous pathogenic factors invade zang-fu organs,disturb yingwei and lead to disharmony between Ying and Eei;the five zang-organs neri is not filled,less qi and qi deficiency,fluid and blood difficult to produce and lead to qi and Yin deficiency,this paper summes up two basic principles:"harmonizing Yingwei"and"replenishing qi and generating Yin"in the treatment of pathological dreams.
