| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical effect of different locations of Xinshu aeupoint in treating ventricular premature beat of Yin deficiency and Fire exuberance type.Methods:60 patients with premature ventricular contractions of Yin deficiency and Fire exuberance were randomly divided into 1 group of 20 cases,2 groups of 20 cases and 3 groups of 20 cases.The three groups were treated with basic medicine according to routine treatment.The treatment group 1 was treated with traditional positioning method of Xinshu acupoint.The treatment group 2 was treated with nerve positioning method of Xinshu acupoint,and the treatment group 3 was treated with acupuncture“new Xinshu acupoint”.To observe the changes of electrocardiogram and palpitation symptoms before and after treatment in the three groups.Results:The improvement of heart rate and symptoms in group 2 was better than that in group 1 and 3.Conclusion:The clinical effect of Xinshu acupoint(roughly beside the fourth thoracic vertebra)on ventricular premature beats with Yin deficiency and fire exuberance is more remarkable. |
