芳香药物治疗脾胃系统疾病探析

本文通过梳理芳香中药的定义、归经,探讨其在脾胃系统疾病中的应用。芳香中药辛温香燥,循脾之所喜,去脾之所恶,行中焦之正气,宣壅滞之湿浊,可健脾、理脾、醒脾、暖脾,临证脾胃有恙者均可灵活加减用之。现代药理研究发现,其具有抗溃疡及促进胃肠蠕动等药理活性。本文重点从原理、适应证、临床应用等方面介绍芳香中药化湿健脾、行气宽中、醒脾开胃、暖脾温中的功效,并通过总结医家经验详细阐释芳香药物治疗脾胃系统疾病的作用原理,以期为中医药治疗脾胃系统疾病提供有益的思路与方法。

Analysis on Aromatic Drugs in the Treatment of Spleen and Stomach System Diseases

By discussing the definitions and channel tropism of aromatic drugs,the application of these drugs was explored in the treatment of diseases of the spleen and stomach system.Aromatic drugs are acrid in taste and warm in property,they are fragrant and have the function of drying dampness.They treat diseases according to the likes and dislikes of the spleen,move the healthy Qi in the middle-jiao,and remove stagnation of dampness turbid.They can invigorate,regulate,enliven and warm the spleen.The ycan be used flexibly in the treatment of spleen and stomach diseases.Modern pharmacological studies demonstrate that these drugs have anti-ulcer effect and promote gastrointestinal peristalsis.This paper highlights the effect of aromatic drugs in removing dampness and invigorating the spleen,promoting Qi movement to soothe the middle-jiao,enlivening the spleen to increase appetite,and warming the spleen to warm the middle-jiao,considering the treatment principle,indications,clinical application and so on.By summing up the experience of doctors,the mechanism of action of these drugs are explained in detail in the treatment of diseases in the spleen and stomach system,so as to provide ideas and methods for the treatment of these diseases with traditional Chinese medicine.
