60年食管癌舌象研究进展及展望

舌作为人体重要的报病器官,可通过望诊或借助其他可视化、客观化、定量化的舌象研究方法为食管癌的临床诊疗提供依据。本文探讨分析了近60年食管癌的舌象研究进展,概述了食管癌患者舌色、舌苔、舌形、舌下络脉、舌根结节等特征,舌象在辅助食管癌证型、病理、病灶部位、临床分期诊断并指导食管癌治疗,判断食管癌预后及对不同治疗方式进行预后判断方面的作用;食管癌舌象在舌脱落细胞学、舌苔微生态、舌微循环、甲皱微循环、免疫功能、口腔生化、血液生化方面的机理研究,并对食管癌舌象研究中存在的问题进行思考,对今后的研究工作作出展望。

Research Review on Tongue Picture About Esophageal Cancer in The Past Sixty Years

As an important organ of human body to reflect diseases,the tongue can provide a basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of esophageal cancer through visual inspection or by means of visual,objective and quantitative tongue picture research methods.This paper discusses and analyzes the research progress of tongue picture of esophageal cancer in the past sixty years,and summarizes the characteristics of tongue color,tongue coating,tongue shape,sublingual venae,and tongue root nodules in patients with esophageal cancer.Tongue picture also plays an important role in assisting the diagnosis of the Syndrome types,pathological types,lesion sites and clinical stages of esophageal cancer,guiding the treatment of esophageal cancer and judging the prognosis of esophageal cancer and prognosis of different treatment methods.The mechanism of tongue picture of esophageal cancer in the aspects of tongue exfoliative cytology,microecology of tongue coating,tongue tip microcirculation,nail fold microcirculation,immune function,oral biochemistry and blood biochemistry are studied,too.The problems of the study of tongue picture of esophageal cancer are thought deeply and the future research topics are presented in this paper.
