| Abstract: | Taking the overall strategic planning of the hospital as the research object,this paper introduces the analytical framework,analytical methods,planning ideas and planning core of the overall strategic planning of the hospital.Then this paper applies and discusses the planning methodology from the respects of summarizing achievements,analyzing problems,defining objectives,realizing path and guarantee system and so on,taking the strategic planning of the hospital during the 14th five-year Plan period as an example. |
