| 摘 要： | 参照Ｇａｍｂｈｉｒ等人的方法，建立了红细胞膜胰岛素受体（ＩＲ）的放免测定法，并检测了３０例正常人和３Ｏ例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者红细胞膜ＩＲ的数目及平衡解离常数：结果表明Ⅱ型糖尿病患者红细胞ＩＲ数目下降，而平衡解离数无明显改变。

| Abstract: | method of insulin
receptors(IR)radioimmunoassay for erythro-cytes was established
according to Gambhir's hypothesis.The numberof erythrocyte IR and
cquilibrium contant(Kd) was measured in 30patients with NIDDM and in
30 control subjects,The results showedthat the IR of erythrocytes in
NIDDM decreased,while Kd was notsignificantly different in the two
groups. |
