食管、贲门癌术后吻合口狭窄介入治疗(附128例病例)

目的评价球囊扩张术治疗食管、贲门癌术后吻合口狭窄的疗效。材料与方法,128例吻合口狭窄,治疗二次的32例,治疗三次的46例,治疗四次以上50例,共计487次,所有病例均经口操作,首先从小口径球囊开始逐渐增加球囊直径,循序渐进的进行扩张,其中2例反复扩张无效置入支架。结果治疗全部成功,随访6～12个月,饮食情况较治疗前明显改善,所有病人体重较治疗前增加1-5公斤,无并发症出现。结论球囊扩张术是食管、贲门癌术后吻合口狭窄最有效的非手术治疗方法,吻合口支架近期可明显改善患者的生存质量。
