| 摘 要： | 目的 观察哮喘管过敏性肺炎（ＨＰ）患者肺泡巨噬细胞（ＡＭ）释放白细胞介素－１２（ＩＬ－１２）能力的差异并探讨其意义。方法 对哮喘及ＰＨ患者各１０例进行支气管肺泡灌洗（ＢＡＬ）获取ＡＭ，经脂多糖刺激培养后取上清液用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法（ＥＬＩＳＡ）测量ＩＬ－１２含量，并与１０例健康者作对照。结果 哮喘组ＩＬ－１２水平不但低于ＨＰ组也低于对照组（Ｐ均〈０．０１）；ＨＰ组ＩＬ－１２水平不但高于哮喘组

| Abstract: | Objective:To study differentiation of interleukin 12(IL 12) release from alveolar macrophages (AM) between asthma and hypersensitivity pneumonitis (HP) Methods:IL 12 in the cultured supernatants of Bronchoalveolar lavage fluid AM stimulated with lipopolysaccharide,from 10 patients with asthma,10 patients with HP and a control graup of 10 normal nonsmokers were determined by using sandwich ELISA Results:In asthma patients,the IL 12 level was not only statistically lower than that of the HP patients but also statistically lower than that of the controls (P all<0 01);in HP patients,the IL 12 level was not only statistically higher than that of the asthma patients but also statistically higher than that of the controls group (P all<0 01).Conclusion:Dysregulated production of IL 12 released from AM may play different role in both different pathogenetic processes of the two diseases |
