MRI动态增强扫描在肾癌诊断中的价值

目的:探讨MRI动态增强扫描对肾癌的诊断价值。方法:21例肾细胞癌患者行MRI平扫及动态增强和延迟增强扫描,获得病灶的时间-对比增强率曲线,分析动态增强扫描时肾细胞癌的强化特点和规律并进行分型。结果:不同血供肾癌动态增强后的时间-对比增强率曲线不同,富血供肾癌呈早期强化,其时间-对比增强率曲线呈逐渐上升而无明显峰值;乏血供肾癌早期轻度强化,曲线呈缓慢上升至60s后趋于稳定。结论:通过定量分析肾脏病变的强化特点,动态增强MRI可以提供肿瘤的血供信息,有助于肾癌的诊断。

Value of Dynamic Contrast-enhanced MR Imaging in the Diagnosis of Renal Cell Carcinoma

Objective:To study the diagnostic value of dynamic contrast enhanced MRI (DCE MRI) of renal cell carcinoma (RCC).Methods:Pre-,post- dynamic enhanced and delayed MRI scans were performed in 21 cases with RCC.The curve of time-contrast enhancement ratio was obtained.To analyze the dynamic enhanced characteristics of RCC shown in DCE MRI,different patterns could be revealed accordingly.Results:The curve of time-contrast enhancement ratio varied according to the vascular supply of RCC.Marked early enhancement was shown in hypervascular RCC,the curve of time-contrast ratio ascended gradually without an obvious peak.For the hypovascular RCC,mild enhancement was demonstrated,the curve of time-contrast enhancement ratio ascended slowly and became stable 60s after contrast agent adminstration.Conclusion:By the quantitative analysis of DCE MRI,hemodynamic information of the tumors could be provided,which is useful in the diagnosis of renal cell carcinoma.
