| 摘 要： | 目的]总结腹腔镜下肾囊肿去顶术病人的护理。方法]对92例单纯性肾囊肿病人行腹腔镜下肾囊肿去顶术,同时加强心理护理、术前准备及术后常规护理、切口及引流管观察、呼吸道护理。结果]92例病人均一次手术成功,术后3 d~5 d出院;随访6个月~12个月,无一例复发。结论]加强腹腔镜下肾囊肿去顶术病人的护理是手术成功的保证。
