| 摘 要： | 目的了解七叶皂苷钠联合骶管封闭治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法回顾性分析98例腰椎间盘突出症患者分为2组，治疗组58例，行七叶皂苷钠静脉滴注联合骶管封闭，对照组40例，单纯骶管封闭。治疗期间两组病人均绝对卧床，对比临床治疗效果。结果平均随访2．1年七叶皂苷钠滴注联合骶管封闭组疗效优于单纯骶管封闭组（P〈0．05）；疗效与病程关系密切，病程〈3个月。结论七叶皂苷钠滴注联合骶管封闭疗法安全、简单、有效，可作为治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效方法。
