尿毒症伴舌癌患者围手术期的护理体会

目的 总结尿毒症患舌癌切除前臂游离皮瓣修复舌缺损再造术围手术期的护理经验。方法 对首例尿毒症伴舌癌患的围手术期的临床资料进行总结分析，制定相应的护理措施。结果 经过医、护、患三的密切配合，顺利完全舌、颌、颈联合根治加桡侧前臂游离皮瓣修复术，术后16d患痊愈出院。结论 术前加强心理护理、全身情况的调整；术后加强营养支持，保持水、电解质、酸碱平衡，预防感染，密切观察皮瓣的色、形、质的变化等护理措施是手术达到预期效果的保证。

Perioperative Nursing Experience with Tongue Carcinoma with Uremia

Objective:To summarize perioperative nursing experience in the first patient with tongue carcinoma with uremia. Methods The nursing program was formulated on the basis of the clinical materials of the patient. Results Tongue, mandibular, neck radical block resection and tongue re-construction was done successfully by close coordination of the surgeons, nurses and patient. 16 days affer operation, the patient recovered and was discharged from the hospital. Conclusion To eusure surgical success,it is important to enhance psychosomatic nursing and adjust the general condition preoperatively and to enhance nutritional support, balance electrolyte, acid and alkali, prevent infection,observe the flap intimately after operation.
