| 摘 要： | 目的总结腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术的临床效果。方法对187例腹腔镜浆膜下子宫肌瘤电凝电切肌瘤蒂，壁间肌瘤手术剔除术的操作及疗效等方面进行分析，包括手术方法、疗效等方面。结果187例均治愈出院，无并发症发生。结论腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术创伤小，恢复快，是一种有价值的建设性手术。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the effect of hysteromyomectomy under the laparosc ope. Methods The clinical data of 187 cases with hysteromyomectomy under the lap aroscope were analyzed, including the operative technique and effect, etc. Result All patients were successfully cured and left hospital. No complication was found in these cases. Conclusion There are many advantages of hysteromyomectomy under the laparoscope such as minimal injury and faster recovery. And hysteromyo mectomy under the laparoscope is a valuable and constructive operative technique . |
