| 摘 要： | 目的：评价脱钙人牙基质修复骨节段性缺损的疗效。方法：采用脱钙人牙基质为观察材料，建立试验家兔桡骨节段性缺损动物模型，用完全随机同期对照方法，对脱钙人牙基质材料(DDM)进行7日的疗效学观察。结果：经组织学观察，发现用DDM修复的骨缺损区6只动物均有不同程度地以肥大间充质细胞为主的新骨生长趋势；对照组5只动物，其中3只动物未见软骨细胞生长趋势．2只动物可见以软骨细胞为主的新骨生长趋势。从细胞生长的形态和数量来观察，对照组与DDM组相比．对照组的细胞形态和生长趋势比DDM组略好。结论：基于本次试验的结果，未发现脱钙人牙基质材料(DDM)有明显的疗效作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of using decalcified dentin matrix to repair segmental bone loss. Methods: This experiment is based on rabbit radial loss model. Decalcified dentin matrix (DDM) is used as experimental material. The clinical effect of DDM was evaluated by random comparison experiment for 7 days. Results: New bone growth was observed in DDM group. Among the control group, three don't show cartilage growth and two show new bone growth. Compared with the formation and the number of the growth cells, the control group shows better cell formation and cell growth tendency than the group treated with DDM. Conclusion: There is no obvious clinical effect of DDM.. |
