64例强直性脊柱炎患者的临床与X线表现

目的 探讨强直性脊柱炎(AS)的骨关节病变特点。方法 对64例AS临床X线进行分析、归类和总结。结果 骶髂关节X线显示为正常1例，可疑异常1例，明显破坏、硬化、关节间隙增宽或变窄29例，骶髂关节严重破坏、硬化、间隙变窄18例，骶髂关节强直15例。脊柱显示结果为椎体前上或前下角破坏7例，硬化12例，方形椎41例，椎弓关节模糊或侵蚀48例。髋关节显示异常26例。结论 X线平片可显示AS的绝大多数改变，尤其中晚期改变。AS主要侵犯中轴骨，骶髂关节受累和附着病为其特征。脊柱及髋关节也易受累。

Cinical and roentgenographic findings of 64 patients with ankylosing spondylitis

Objective To study behavior of AS osteoarthrit is under X ray .Method X -ray findings of sacroiliac joint l esions with AS were analyzed,classified and sum mared retrospectively in 64cases.Result Sacroiliac joint X ray analysis report display 1of normal and 1of suspected abnormality.29of significant destruction,sclerosis,broad or narrow joint space .18of s everity destruction,sclerosis,narrow joint space.15of sacroiliac stiff.Rachi -X ray report show that 7of vertebral body anterior superior or inferior cornu destruction,12of sclerosis,41of square vertebr al body ,48of clouding or erosion neu ral arch joint .Coxa report show 26of abnomal.Conclusion X ray reports can display majority tra nsform of AS especially of middle -la te alteration.AS mainly offend core bone .Its character is scroiliac joint transform and attachiment dis ease.Spine and coxa are also easy to b e involved in.
