| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经皮微创锁定钢板内固定治疗Vancouver B1型股骨假体周围骨折的疗效。方法采用经皮微创锁定钢板内固定治疗31例Vancouver B1型股骨假体周围骨折。记录手术时间、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间及并发症。末次随访时采用髋关节Harris评分评价临床疗效。结果患者均获得随访,时间24~72个月。手术时间45~135(75.2±31.7) min,术中出血量60~550 (283.6±34.1) ml,骨折愈合时间3~9 (5.8±2.6)个月。末次随访时,髋关节Harris评分为80~100(96.3±9.8)分。未出现术后并发症。结论采用经皮微创锁定钢板治疗Vancouver B1型股骨假体周围骨折疗效满意。
