某岛礁官兵年龄与体质指数的相关性研究

目的 分析驻岛礁军事人员健康风险因素，研究年龄与体质指数的相关性。方法 采用横断面抽样方法选取某岛礁官兵，应用统一的调查方法采集数据，根据中国肥胖问题工作标准，采用SPSS 19.0统计软件包进行数据分析。结果 随着年龄增加，超重与肥胖呈明显上升趋势，随着登礁时间增加，舒张压和心率呈现逐渐升高趋势，但对体质指数影响相对较小。结论 年龄增大是驻岛礁官兵超重肥胖的危险因素。

Association of age and body mass index among officers and soldiers on an island reef

Objective To analyze health risk factors of military personnel stationed on an island reef, and the association between age and body mass index (BMI). Methods A cross-sectional study was carried out among officers and soldiers from an island reef. Unified survey method was used to collect data. SPSS 19.0 statistical software package was used for data analysis according to the working standard of obesity in China. Results Overweight and obesity were positively related to age. Correlation analysis showed that diastolic blood pressure and heart rate were positively correlated with the time of landing. And the time of landing had less effect on BMI. Conclusion Age increase is a risk factor for overweight and obesity in officers and soldiers on an island reef.
