Methods: Through the methods of expert interview and literature review, this paper systematically analyzed the existing problems and their causes in supervision policies in the county-level drug retail market in Dengta city, and studied the supervision countermeasures of county-level drug regulatory departments on the drug retail market. Result and Conclusion: There are many reasons for the poor supervision of drug retail market at county level, not only are the relevant laws and regulations of the country not perfect, but also there are many factors in the local region. At the same time, the requirements for starting drug retail enterprises are low, the corresponding withdrawal mechanism and encouragement policy are deficient, and the traditional regulatory means are out of time. At the same time, the government should raise the entry threshold of drug retail market, improve the withdrawal mechanism of drug retail market, introduce policies to encourage chain operation, and adopt electronic monitoring to carry out effective supervision and management of drug retail enterprises.
