食物过敏原测定在过敏性紫癜患儿饮食干预中的意义

目的：探讨食物过敏原测定对过敏性紫癜患儿饮食干预中的意义。方法：对77例HSP患儿进行食物过敏原测定,以同期住院未行过敏原测定的患儿为对照组,比较不同饮食干预的近期疗效。结果：HSP1组77例患儿中有1种及1种以上食物过敏者为53人,总阳性率为68.8%;食物过敏的阳性率以大豆、花生最高,为39.0%,其次为鱼虾蟹27.3%;HSP1组患儿根据食物过敏原检测结果进行饮食控制,与常规忌食海产品和动物蛋白饮食的HSP2组比较,随访3个月后比较复发率差异有统计学意义,HSP1组复发率低于HSP2组（χ~2=4.278,P=0.039）。结论：新疆石河子地区HSP患儿的主要过敏原为大豆、花生及鱼虾蟹,通过过敏原检测后有针对性地控制饮食能有效减少HSP的复发,对HSP的防治有较高的临床实用价值。

Determination of food allergens in children with Henoch- Schonlein purpura in the significance of diet intervention

Objective：To evaluate the food allergen test in children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura in the significance of diet intervention.Methods：HSP 77 cases of children with food allergens measured to the same period patient did not undergoing the test in children with the determination of the control group to compare short-term effect of different dietary interventions.Results：Fity -three children of the HSP I group were positive to one,or more than one food.the positive rate was 68.8%;the positive rate of food allergy by the soybean,the peanut is highest,is 39.0%,next is the fish and shrimp crab 27.3%;HSPl group of children with food allergy test results based on dietary control,with conventional not eat seafood and animal protein diet HSP2 group,were compared after 3 months follow-up recurrence rates were significantly different, the recurrence in groupⅠwas lower than that in HSPⅡgroup（x~2= 4.278,P = 0.039）.Conclusion：Soybean, peanut and fish,shrimp and crab are the main inducers of allergy in children of shihezi xinjiang,after allergen detection by targeted diet can reduce the recurrence of HSP,prevention and treatment of HSP had a higher clinical value.
