摘    要:目的:优化去氢骆驼蓬碱固体脂质纳米粒(HM-SLN)的制备工艺。方法:以包封率、载药量及稳定性为评价指标,采用正交试验法优选处方和制备工艺,并对优选条件下制得的HM-SLN进行质量评价。结果:以优化处方制备的去氢骆驼蓬碱固体脂质纳米粒平均粒径为121nm,包封率为(88.11±0.585)%,载药量为(2.03±0.005)%。结论:本优化工艺制备HM-SLN包封率较高,稳定性好,方法可靠。

Abstract:Objective: To prepare the Harmine solid lipid nanoparticles(HM-SLN).Methods:The preparation of HM-SLN was optimized by orthogonal design with the encapsulate efficiency(EE%),drug loading(DL%) and stability as evaluation parameters.Then the quality of the obtained HM-SLN was determinated.Results:The obtained HM-SLN had even with a mean diameter of 121 nm,the encapsulate efficiency ratio and the drug loading of the prepared HM-SLN was(88.11±0.585)% and(2.03±0.005)%.Conclusion:The entrapment ratio of HM-SLN is high and the stability is good for HM-SLN prepared by twice high shear ultrasound method,and the method is reliable.
