石河子市东区就诊居民对社区卫生服务满意度调查分析

目的：了解石河子市东区就诊居民对社区卫生服务满意度状况,为进一步改进社区卫生服务质量提供理论依据。方法：采用澳大利亚RACGP全科医学服务质量监测工具来设计满意度调查问卷,对石河子市东区481名就诊居民进行了满意度调查。结果：就诊居民对石河子市东区社区卫生服务综合满意度为92.3%,为老年人提供的设施满意度为74.5%,儿童设施满意度为69.4%,医生的治疗水平满意度为75.6%,医生给儿童看病的能力满意度为54.5%。结论：应改善社区卫生服务机构的硬件设施,提高医务人员的素质和专业技术水平,加大宣传力度,引导居民充分利用社区卫生服务。

The analysis on satisfaction degree investigation from the community sanitation service in the East shihezi city

Objective： the aim was to know if the residents in Shihezi city was satisfied with community sanitation service situation.The theory evidence was given to improve the quality of community sanitation service.Methods：481 residents who saw the doctors received the questionairs which were designed by the RACGP medical service quality survy instruments from Australia.Results：the satisfaction degree of community sanitation service in the east Shihezi city was 92.3%.one which the establishments were afforded to the old was 74.5.one which the establishments were afforded to the children was 69.4.the satisfaction degree of the medical therapy level was 75.6%,one which the doctor give treatment to children was 54.5%.Conclusion：measures should be taken to add the hardware establishments,to improve the doctor special technical leve and to make the best of the community sanitation service.
