维生素C片在头颈部肿瘤放疗中对唾液流量和pH值的影响

目的：探讨维生素C片在头颈部肿瘤放疗中对唾液流量和pH值的影响。方法：将40例首次头颈部放疗的患者随机分为观察组（维生素C片加放疗20例）和对照组（单纯放疗20例）。对放疗前及放疗至40Gy时两组间的唾液流量及pH值进行比较。结果：放疗至40Gy时两组患者的唾液流量均较放疗前显著降低;实验组患者放疗前及放疗至40Gy时唾液PH值差异无统计学意义;实验组放疗至40Gy时唾液流量显著高于对照组。结论：头颈部肿瘤患者在放疗累积剂量至40Gy时,唾液流量显著下降。在放疗剂量至40Gy过程中辅以维生素C片剂含服可在一定程度上改善口干症状保护涎腺的功能。

Effects of Vitamin C on Saliva Flow and pH Value in Patients with Head and Neck Cancer During Radiotherap

Objective：To study the effects of Vitamin C on saliva flow and pH value in patients with head and neck cancer during radiotherapy（RT）.Methods：Forty cases with head and neck cancer which were randomly divided into experimental group treated with RT plus Vitamin C and control group treated with RT alone were examined for saliva flow and pH Value before and during the patients treated at 40Gy.Results：The saliva flow of experimental group and control group before RT was significantly dropper than RT at 40Gy（P〈0.05）;The saliva flow of experimental group was significantly higher than control group when RT at 40Gy（P〈0.05）;The saliva pH Value of experimental group and control group before RT had not have statistic significance than RT at 40Gy（P〉0.05 ）.Conclusion：Chinese herb used in the study could not affect the change of saliva of patients with head and neck cancer during radiotherapy.Vitamin C used in the study was effective to improve saliva flow and to protect the salivary glands of patients with head and neck cancer during RT to 40Gy.
