摘    要:目的:测定青银注射液中总绿原酸的含量.方法:采用紫外分光光度法在324nm处测定吸收度,并用绿原酸的吸收系数计算其含量.结果:青银注射液中总绿原酸的平均含量为19.38mg/ml.结论:该法操作简便快速,稳定性,精密度,重现性和回收率均较好,可用于青银注射液生产过程中的质量控制.

Abstract:Objective: To determine the content of total chlorogenic acid in Qingying injection. Methods: Ultraviolet spectrophotometry was employed to determine the absorbance at wavelength 324nm. Then the content was calculated by absorption coefficient of chlorogenic acid. Results: The average content of total chlorogenic acid is 19.38 mg/ml. Conclusion: This method is simple, rapid, and stable, with good precision,reproducibility, and recovery. It can be used for quality control in production process of Qingying injection.
