| 摘 要： | 目的:观察热传导银质针皮内针刺治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的临床效果.方法:60例老年带状疱疹后神经痛患者,随机分为两组:观察组(热银针治疗组,n=30)和对照组(神经阻滞组,患者,n=30).两组患者均根据疼痛部位选择相应的神经阻滞方法,隔日1次.观察组在对照组的基础上在皮损区或色素沉着区实施热传导银质针皮内针刺治疗.结果:...
