| 摘 要： | 目的：观察黄金膏外敷治疗麻醉药物所致静脉炎的临床疗效。方法：选择1998～2010年在医院行全麻腹腔镜下胆囊切除术后发生静脉炎的229病例,随机分为治疗组（黄金膏外敷）和对照组（50%硫酸镁湿敷）两组,分别观察两组患者静脉炎治疗情况,并记录。结果：黄金膏对麻醉药品所致静脉炎的总体疗效优于硫酸镁外敷,尤其对Ⅱ、Ⅲ度静脉炎患者效果显著。结论：黄金膏外敷治疗麻醉药物致静脉炎起效快,药性温和,方法简单,使用方便,值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effects of self-made Huangjingao(HJG) compress on phlebitis induced by anesthetic drug.Methods: A total of 229 patients who derived phlebitis from 1998 to 2010 in cholecystectomy by general anesthesia were randomly divided into observation group(HJG) and control group(50% magnesium sulfate,MS).The treatment effect of the two groups was observed.Results: The curative effect of HJG was better than that of MS.Conclusion: The self-made HJG compress on phlebitis induced by anesthetic... |
