| 摘 要： | 甲状腺癌患病人数占人类所有恶性肿瘤患病人数的1%～2%.甲状腺癌的死亡率较低,其死亡人数约占所有因癌症死亡病例的0.5%.人群中的年发病率(0.5～25)/10万,其中分化型甲状腺癌(DTC)占甲状腺癌的70%左右.不同地区、种族、性别和年龄之间有较大的差别.
