| 摘 要： | 以增水行舟法组方，治疗因癌痛使用阿片类镇痛药所致便秘患者２３例，结果临床治愈１３例，好转８例，无效２例，总有效率为９１３％。认为癌症患者多有气阴两虚或气血两亏，加之阿片类药物多具温燥之性，易耗气伤阴，所致便秘多属气阴两虚，肠燥便秘。增水行舟法滋润肠燥，荡涤积滞以达通便作用
