肾移植术后患者并发泌尿系统肿瘤的诊断分析(附5例报告)

目的 探讨肾移植术后泌尿系肿瘤患者的临床特征。方法 报道经治疗后并存活至今的5位肾移植术后泌尿系统肿瘤患者的临床资料，检查、治疗方法及预后情况。结果5位患者中有两位复发或再发，二次手术后调整免疫抑制剂用量继续服用并定期化疗，现患者一般情况较理想。结论 泌尿系统肿瘤是肾移植术后的一个严重并发症，其发生的原因很多，发生率也很高，治疗上应尽早发现，尽早采取手术为中心的综合治疗。

Diagnostic analysis of tumor in urinary system after renal transplantation (5 cases report)

[Objective] To evaluate the clinical manifestation of tumor in urinary system after renal transplantation. [Methods] Clinical data, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of 5 patients with tumor in urinary System after renal transplantation were collected and analyzed. [Results] Two patients with tumor relapse were found. General state of health was fine among patients treated with periodic chemotherapy and adjusting dose of immunosuppressant after second operation. [Conclusion] One of serious complication was tumor in urinary system after renal transplantation. With high incidence and different causes of tumor relapse, early diagnosis and timely integrated therapy in center of operation should be strengthened.
