| 摘 要： | 目的:评价"压弹训练"对康复期精神分裂症患者总体幸福感的影响。方法:将入组的102患者随机分成两组,实验组54例,对照组48例。两组所服用药物不变,均接受常规康复训练和健康教育,实验组另外接受"压弹训练"。于试验开始时、开始后第4周、第8周,采用总体幸福感量表(GWB)问卷评定两组患者的训练效果。结果:实验组总体幸福感得分高于对照组,实验组总体幸福感得分"压弹训练"后高于训练前。结论:实施"压弹训练"对康复期精神分裂症患者总体幸福感有积极影响。

| Abstract: | Objective： To evaluate the effect of resilience training impacting the well -being of schizophrenia patients at rehabilitation period. Methods： We designed the clinical trail as a controlled trials. 54 patients were included in experimental group and 48 patients were included in control group. Exercising resilience training of experimental group and evaluating GWB of experimental group and control group before trail, at 4 weeks and 8 weeks. Results ：The GWB scores of experimental group were higher than control group. The GWB scores of experimental group after training were higher than before training. Conclusion：The resilience training is helpful to increase the well - being of schizophrenia patients at rehabilitation period. |
