短期能量限制对成年雌性大鼠生殖寿命的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨短期能量限制对雌性大鼠生殖寿命的影响。方法:21只8周龄雌性sD大鼠随机分为对照组和能量限制组,并监测大鼠体质量及动情周期变化,8周后取大鼠卵巢,其切片由苏木精.伊红染色,观察存活卵泡数和不同发育阶段的卵泡比例。结果:对照组体质量持续上升,能量限制组较平缓。能量限制组健康卵泡(135.3.4±11.7)比对照组(90.7±7.1)多(P〈0.05),原始卵泡数(57.7±7.7)与对照组(19.4±4.0)比显著增多(P〈0.001),原始卵泡比例(41.9±2.9)比对照组(20.5±3.5)要多(P〈0.01),而发育和成熟卵泡比例与对照组比则降低。结论:短期能量限制可能通过抑制卵泡发育启动、减少每个周期成熟卵泡的个数来降低卵泡消耗,有益于生殖寿命延长。
