神经胶质纤维酸性蛋白在电针治疗大鼠脊髓损伤中的变化及意义

摘    要:目的:探讨神经胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)在电针治疗大鼠脊髓损伤(SCI)中的变化及意义。方法:以2月龄Wistar大鼠(96只)为受试对象,随机分为对照组(A组)、SCI组(B组)、治疗对照组(C组)和电流刺激治疗组(D组),B、C、D组于T9处行脊髓全横断,D组予电针治疗,用Western blot测定各组损伤段脊髓中GFAP不同时相点表达量及其变化,并以苏木精一伊红和免疫组化染色对受损脊髓进行形态学观察。结果:SCI后GFAP表达显著增多,于损伤后2周达顶峰;经电针治疗,GFAP袅扶减少。结论:GFAP县SCI后脊髓神终纤维再毕的雷萼阳碍因子。直针治疗对GFAP的嘉扶且右明显的柳制作用。
