| 摘 要： | 目的：研究淫羊藿水提取液的中枢抑制作用。方法：通过自主活动监测，协同戊巴比妥钠催眠等实验，探索淫羊藿的中枢抑制作用。结果：淫羊藿水提取液对小鼠自发活动有明显抑制作用，能加速戊巴比妥钠的入睡时间和延长其睡眠时间，与戊巴比妥钠有协同的中枢抑制作用。结论：淫羊藿水提取液有明显的中枢抑制作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the central inhibitory effect of Herba Epimedium (HE) water extract.Methods:The method of the hunged cage testing the autonomic activity in mice and the experiment of cooperating with the hypnotic effect of pentobarbital sodium were used.Results:HE obviously inhibited the spontaneous activity in mice.It could shorten the hypnagogic time of pentobarbital sodium and prolong its hypnotic effect with pentobarbital sodium.Conclusion:HE has the central inhibitory effect. |
