| 摘 要： | 目的：提高各种原因所取手部皮肤及深度软组织缺损早期修复的疗效。方法：应用腹都真皮下血管网皮瓣修复手外伤后皮肤软组织缺损，本组共20例。随意型皮瓣6例，轴型皮瓣14例。皮瓣面积6cm×3cm～24cm×8cm，蒂宽3～8cm，术后7—10d断蒂。结果：生部皮瓣成活良好，随坊6～12个月，手功能及外形均满意。结论：腹部真皮下血管网皮瓣是修复手外伤伴皮肤软组织缺损、肌腱及骨关节外露创面较理想的方法。
