电针结合药饼灸治疗男性不育症的临床研究

摘    要:目的 观察针灸“调理冲任法”对精液异常不育症的临床效应。方法 对35 例精液异常的不育症患者,取关元、大赫、三阴交穴,以低频电针结合药饼灸治疗,观察对生殖机能的调节作用。结果 对精液异常不育症患者症状积分、精液状况、性激素及前列腺功能均有明显改善。结论 电针结合药饼灸“调理冲任法”是治疗精液异常不育症的有效方法,尤其对改善前列腺功能效果明显。

Abstract:Purpose To observe the clinical effects of acupuncture moxibustion regulation of Chong and Ren Vessels on sterility due to abnormal semem. Methods In 35 patients with sterility due to abnormal semen, low frequency electropuncture plus medicated cake moxibustion was used at the selected points Guanyuan (CV4), Dahe (K12) and Sanyinjiao (Sp6) to observe its regulative effect on the reproductive functions. Results The symptom score, the seminal condition, the sexual hormones and the prostatic function took a maked turn for the better. Conclusion The regulation of Chong and Ren Vessels by electropuncture plus medicated cake moxibustion is an effective method for treating sterility due to abnormal semem.
