| 摘 要： | 目的观察化脓灸疗法对乙肝患者的疗效。方法取双侧足三里、三阴交、每次取１穴，作化脓久隍肝功能有好转趋势，其中ＡＬＴ、ＡＳＴ有统计意义，１０人的病毒指标中有１２项得到改善；在治疗过程中肝功能出现一过性损伤。结论化脓灸治疗乙型肝炎有一定疗效，可能与提高机体免疫功能有关。

| Abstract: | Purpose To observe the curative effect of festering moxibustion on patients with hepatitis B. Methods Acupoints selected were bilateral Zusanli and Sanyinjiao. Festering moxibustion was performed on one acupoint each time. Results Liver function had a tendency towards improvement after treatment. There were statistically significant differences in ALT and AST. In 10 patients, 12 virus indices took a turn for the better; during the treatment, there was a transient injury to liver function. Conclusion Festering moxibustion has a certain curative effect on hepatitis B, which may be related to the improvement of bodily immunologic function. |
