尼莫地平对糖尿病大鼠模型认知功能的保护作用

摘    要:目的观察尼莫地平对糖尿病大鼠模型认知功能的保护作用。方法随机将38只Wistar大鼠分为正常对照组、糖尿病组、尼莫地平治疗组。建立STZ糖尿病大鼠模型,尼莫地平干预12 w,Morris水迷宫测试其学习记忆能力,透射电镜观察海马CA1区突触超微结构。结果尼莫地平治疗组与糖尿病组比较,Morris水迷宫测试中潜伏期明显缩短(P<0.05),中心区停留时间百分比和通过原平台位置次数增加(P<0.05),电镜下海马突触结构明显改善。结论尼莫地平对糖尿病大鼠认知功能有保护作用。

Abstract:Objective To observe the protection of nimodipine on the cognitive function in diabetic rats.Methods 38 rats were divided into the normal control, diabetic model and nimodipine treatment groups randomly.Streptozotocin-diabetic rat model established were treated with nimodipine for 12 weeks.The learning and memory abilities of rats were tested with Morris water maze.Transmission electron microscope was used to observe synapse ultrastructure in hippocampal CA1 area.Results The mean time of escape latencies was significantly decreased,the percentage of time spent in the central area and the number of through the original platform position were significantly increased in nimodipine group than those in diabetic model group(all P<0.05).Under electron microscope,hippocampal synapse structure in nimodipine group improved.Conclusions Nimodipine treatment may protect cognitive function in diabetic rats.
