实验动物黑斑模型的建立及其研究

目的：为帮助临床和美容科研人员寻找祛斑药物和治疗的实验对象。方法：采用微量定点注射法将黑斑形成液注入动物皮下不同深度，并辅用紫外线照射法。结果；受试动物皮下可形成肉眼可见的黑斑，通过皮肤组织切片染色并用光镜和透射电观察，黑斑形成处皮肤组织细胞学结构的正常对照组有明显区别。

STUDY NO THE FOUNDATION OF BLACK SPOTS MODES IN EXPERIMENTAL ANIMAL

Objective:To look for a brug ang a therapy method of cleaning spots inlevel of preclinical medicine. Methods:Toadopt methods of micro-fixed-point injection and ultraviolet radiation,We inject formatixe liquid of biack spots into varying depth subcutaneous layer of animal. Results:Visible black spots come into being in subcutaneous layer of experimental animal.There is notable difference in skin histiocytic structure between tsst of skin becoming black spots and control group,by way of skin tissue slice staining and observatiopn with optical and transmission electron microscope.Conclusion: The black spots model in experimentalanimal may be founded under rigid experimental circumstances It will promote the study on pigmentary diseases in medical cosmetology.
