| 摘 要： | 科研型护理硕士研究生的培养是护理学专业发展的必要条件.科研型应届护理硕士就业何去何从,关系着高等护理教育的成长壮大.我国当前不仅仅是需要高学历的护理教育专家,更需要满足社会需求的临床护理专家.笔者在前人研究的基础上总结、探讨我国科研型应届护理硕士就业定位及自身发展.

| Abstract: | Training research - oriented final year nursing master is a neces- sary condition for nursing professional development. What employment the research - oriented final year nursing masters go to is very important for development of high nursing education. Our country not only needs high academic career of nursing education experts, but also needs clinical nursing specialist meeting the social demands. The author summarizes and probes into employment location and the self - development of research - o- riented final year master of nursing based on previous studies. |
