多发伤病人的急诊评估及护理对存活率影响的研究

目的]探讨对多发伤病人进行急诊伤情评估后及时给予急救护理干预对抢救存活率的影响。方法]选择采用ABCDEFGHI伤情评估后给予急救护理干预的124例多发伤病人为实验组,未采用ABCDEFGHI伤情评估程序即进行抢救的108例多发伤病人为对照组,对两组多发伤病人的抢救存活率进行比较分析。结果]两组病人抢救前受伤原因、受伤部位、受伤情况的构成比无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;但实验组死亡1 0例,抢救存活率为91.90%;对照组死亡19例,抢救存活率为82.40%,实验组抢救存活率明显高于对照组（χ2=4.7913,P=0.029 0）。结论]对多发伤病人进行ABCDEFGHI伤情评估后再进行急救护理,能明显提高其存活率。

Study on influence of emergency assessment and nursing care on survival rate of patients with multiple injuries

Objective：To probe into the influence of carrying out emergency assessment and giving emergency nursing intervention in time on rescue survival rate of patients with multiple injuries.Method：A total of 124 patients with multiple injuries accepting emergency nursing intervention after using ABCDEFGHI injury evaluation were selected as test group.The other 108 patients with multiple injuries without ABCDEFGHI injury evaluation were as control group.The rescue survival rate of two group cases was compared.Results：There was no statistical significant difference compared between the two groups in terms of the constituent ratio of the causes of injury before rescue,site of injury,and the condition of injury（P0.05）.Totally 10 patients died in test group,the rescue survival rate was 91.9%.And 19 cases died in the control group,the rescue survival rate was 82.4%.The rescue survival rate of test group cases was apparently higher than that of control group cases（χ2 =4.7913,P=0.029 0）.Conclusion：Emergency nursing intervention after accepting ABCDEFGHI evaluation can obviously increase the rescue survival rate of patients with multiple injuries.
