早期康复干预对胫骨平台骨折病人术后肢体功能恢复的影响

[目的]探讨早期康复干预对促进胫骨平台骨折病人手术后患肢功能恢复的影响.[方法]将64例胫骨平台骨折手术病人随机分为常规组32例,干预组32例,两组病人均采用常规护理,干预组在常规护理基础上实施早期康复干预.术后6个月采用lysholm膝关节评分法对两组病人的康复效果进行评价.[结果]两组病人在患肢疼痛、肿胀、关节活动方面比较均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.[结论]对胫骨平台骨折病人术后早期有计划地进行康复干预有助于肢体功能早日恢复,减少肢体残疾的发生,从而提高病人的生活质量.

Influence of early rehabilitation intervention for postoperative patients with tibial plateau fracture on limb function recovery

Objective：To probe into influence of early rehabilitation intervention for postoperative patients with tibial plateau fracture on limb function recovery. Methods： A tom of 64 patients with tibia/ plateau fracture accepting operation were randomly divided into conventional group （32 cases） and intervention group （32 cases）. All two groups of patients were given routine care. And patients of intervention group was given early rehabilitation intervention besides the routine care. Then rehabilitation effects of the two group patients were evaluated by adopting Lysholm knee joint grading method 6 months after operation. Results： There were significant statistical differences in terms of limb pain, swelling, joint activity between the two group patients（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： For patients with tibial plateau fracture, to carry out planned early rehabilitation intervention can help limb function recovery, to decrease the happening of limb disability, so as to enhance the quality of life for patients.
